Wahh!! ii just finished my napfa test today!! Almost 1 year didn't run le, its killing mii!! But, ii was so happy that it ended. Did all the stations plus 2.4km run. Everything do in one day, can die ahh. And, yes, whole body is aching especially my leg and stomach, so painful. We went to the canal beside our school, it's so a remote place that only our school mates is there running and nobody else. And the weather is so FINE that everyone is sweating before we run. After the run, ii was feeling very unwell. My stomach pain like something is pinching you from inside, and ii can hardly hear a thing from my ear. Im fortunate enough that ii didn't turn blackout and faint but ii really did feel like vomiting. ii don't even have the strength to walk back to school!! Finally ii made it back to my school and took my rest in the canteen. My monitor reminded mii to buy H2O or 100 plus to drink. And ii was surprised that dennis, my classmates, went to pour warm water for mii. Omg!! It's so sweet of him, hehe. Actually ii was feeling better but when yanting, classmates again, took out her perfume and sprayed it on herself, ii started feeling nauseating again. And finally, ii went to the toilet and threw up. After ii came back from the toilet, dennis asked mii if ii vomited. ii told him ii threw up and there's still some strands of chin chow swimming in the toilet bowl, haha. So disgusting!! ( for your information, ii did drank some chin chow before ii went to the toilet, hehe. So tired now...
